Data Hygiene

  • NCOALink® 48 Months
    Your records are matched against an updated national change-of-addresses file containing approximately 160 million records. This NCOA file goes back 48 months allowing mailers to update mailing lists with new addresses for individuals, families and businesses that have moved. As of November 23, 2008, the Move Update standard was expanded to include all First-Class™ and Standard Mail®. Additionally the minimum frequency of change-of-address processing was changed to 95 days prior to the date of the mailing to be eligible for automation and presort discount rates.
  • DPV
    Delivery Point Validation allows us to verify an address to its delivery point, down to the unit/apartment level. We DPV process every mail file we deliver.
  • DSF²
    The Delivery Sequence File (second generation). Same address verification as DPV, but with additional address attributes provided, i.e. address type and seasonality.
  • Deceased Suppression
    Are you mailing to the living? Commonly used in the insurance industry, we suppress your customer/prospect when they match a database containing over 40 million deceased.
  • Prison Suppression
    Suppress your database against individuals located in Federal Prisons, State Prisons, County Correctional Facilities and City Jails in the U.S.
  • DMA Pander File Suppression
    The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) maintains a database of individuals who have specifically requested to be removed from non-opt-in mailings.
  • LACS
    Locatable Address Conversion System- Allows you to update addresses that have been converted from rural to city style addresses, normally due to a 911 conversion effort. The Postal Service will deliver to the old style address for only one year after its conversion.
